Cary Mogerman Serves on Faculty of AAML’s Institute for Family Law Associates
Cary J. Mogerman of the firm served on the faculty of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ annual Institute for Family Law Associates in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as mentor to a group of new family law attorneys for the three day course. He also addressed entry and intermediate-level family law attorneys on the “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) of 2017” as it pertains to family law, in “Divorce Tax Revisted”. He also presented on “The Role of the Second Chair in the Family Law Case”.
This month, he will once again join the faculty of the 32nd Annual Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Boulder, Colorado. The Trial Advocacy Institute is an eight-day course in trial advocacy techniques offered by the American Bar Association (ABA) and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).
