Penny Robinson
Ms. Robinson graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1990 with a J.D. degree. She was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1991 and the Missouri bar in 2002. In 2006, she was designated a Missouri “Super Lawyer” by Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers 2006, a publication of Law and Politics Magazine. Until 2002, Ms. Robinson was a member of the Indianapolis law firm Miroff, Cross and Klineman n/k/a Miroff, Cross and Woolsey, practicing in the area of family law. She has held the distinction of serving as Chair of the Family Law Sections in both cities in which she has practiced: the Indianapolis Bar Association Section on Family Law (2001) and also the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis Family Law Section (2004). Ms. Robinson lectured on family law topics in Indiana for the Indianapolis Bar Association and Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum. She has been certified as a family law mediator in Indiana since 1996, and is also a graduate of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute, held annually in Houston, Texas. She presently belongs to the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
Ms. Robinson is married to David Grossman, and has one son, a stepson, and a stepdaughter.
