Joseph J. Kodner
Mr. Kodner graduated from the Washington University School of Law in 2003, where he was an associate editor for the Global Studies Law Review. Following graduation, Mr. Kodner practiced for two years in Kansas City in the field of defense litigation. Since joining our firm in 2005, he has limited his practice to the field of matrimonial and family law. Mr. Kodner is a graduate of the American Bar Association's Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute, Denver, Colorado and participated in the 2007 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers' Training Institute for Family Law Associates. In addition to his other publications, Mr. Kodner co-authored the update for the most recent edition of the Missouri Bar Family Law CLE chapter on Conflicts of Law. In 2008, Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers, a publication of Law and Politics Magazine, recognized Mr. Kodner as a "Super Lawyers Rising Star." Mr. Kodner is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas, and is a member of several local bar associations.
