Mary E. Niemira mniemira@zermanmogerman.com Ms. Niemira graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law with a J.D. degree, cum laude, in 1992. While attending law school, she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, the national legal academic honor society. She received American Jurisprudence awards for having received the highest grades awarded in three of her law school core courses, and was listed on the Dean’s List for all semesters during her attendance there. After graduation, she served the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, as a clerk to the Honorable Stanley Grimm. She has been associated with the firm of Zerman & Mogerman, L.L.C. since 1993, pursuing a special interest and emphasis in appellate practice. She is a graduate of the American Bar Association’s Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute, Houston, Texas. She is married to Jonathan Niemira and they are the parents of three children.
