Joseph J. Kodner

Mr. Kodner graduated from the Washington University School of Law in 2003, where he was an associate editor for the Global Studies Law Review. His law review note, “Re-introducing Lay Participation to Japanese Criminal Cases: An Awkward Yet Necessary Step” was published in the Winter 2003 issue of the Global Studies Law Review and awarded the honor for the most outstanding note of 2003. Following graduation, Mr. Kodner practiced for two years as a litigator in the field of defense litigation prior to joining our firm where his practice is now concentrated in the area of matrimonial and family law. Mr. Kodner is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kansas, and is a member of several local bar associations.
